looking for Customer Support Executives Hyderabad - Apply Soft Solutions Pvt Ltd

Job Description

Need to respond to calls over the phone relating to customer queries raised for bus ticket bookings.
Good at Communication skills – Local language(Telugu), English & Hindi (Hindi and English is mandatory apart from local language). One regional language is mandatory based on the location for which the resource is being recruited.
Basic Computer Knowledge
Should be willing to work in rotational shifts (for females only Day shift)
Both Fresher's and experienced candidates can apply.
Deal directly with customers over the phone or via email relating to queries raised by customer regarding bus ticket bookings.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Follow up on customer interactions

Requirements

Qualification : Graduates
Sal: 10750/- CTC PM
Take home: 9204/- PM
Shift timings: Rotational starts from 3:PM-12 pm & 4: pm - 1: Am
Working days: 6
Note: We required only male candidates and should able to travel by own
transport.( Night travel allowance will be paid)
