Developing web applications using Ruby on Rails framework 3.2 or higher in Linux environment.
Hands on experience in Nginx, Unicorn, Sidekiq, Rake, Memcache, Capistrano and Deployment.
Hands on experience in analysis, design, coding, and implementation of complex, custom-built applications.
Should have strong knowledge in Restful architecture in implementing APIs and using third party APIs in rails application.
Great OO skills, including strong design patterns knowledge
Familiarity with few databases, like PostgreSQL, SQL Server, NoSQL, etc
Experience working with Agile Methodologies
SVN or Git version control and Rake/Capistrano Experience.
Knowledge of software best practices, like Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration (CI)
Experience on C#.NET or Java added Advantage.
Experience in MVC 5.0 Framework added advantage.
Responsive interfaces and Bootstrap, HTML5 / CSS3, Angularjs added advantage.
