Summary:
Primary objective is to drive an efficiently plan, manage and drive call centre forecasting as per volume, productivity and staffing.
Job Responsibilities:
• Calling to all customers who fail to make the payment.
• Reminder calls to delinquent customers.
• Reminder calls to customers for due dates.
• Minimum 160 calls per day.
• Cash collection from delinquent customers through Tele collections mode.
• Punctual on work.
Desired Profile:
• Anyone who is good with convincing.
• Language Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu
• Is system friendly and has a decent typing speed of 15 words per minute
• Candidate can be 12 pass +6 months of experience in any domain or graduate fresher would
do.
