Job Description

Lead new dealer appointments and developing a robust and far-reaching dealer network within the marketing strategy and sales requirements.
Based on our Coverage, TIV and Current Dealer Performance identify areas for increasing dealer network
Lead team in scouting for new dealers
Meet prospective parties, have an in-depth understanding of existing business& evaluation of dealer appointment opportunity
Undertake comprehensive evaluation of the new dealers; Draw action plans based on identified areas of concern; Oversee physical documentation and completion of all formalities regarding dealer appointment
Will have huge financial impact. Expected to make 18-24 new dealer in a year which will translate to volume of roughly 1000+ tractors.
