experience in business planning, strategy and management of Facility management and asset information systems. Must have 1st hand experience in facilities management(including soft and hard services) from a leading Europe based FM provider
· Experience in advising and driving business transformation, enabled through computer aided facilities management (CAFM), through areas of the FM value chain. Must have knowledge of FM service delivery and value chain, through contact service and FM business processes. Should have knowledge of FM contracts and contractual procedures, including PFI
· Experience in delivery of at least 2 leading FM products Implementation projects preferably with integration experience of ARCHIBUS, IBM Maximo, IBM Tririga, Click Schedule and Microsoft CRM. The FM expert should have Knowledge of FM BI, MI and reporting requirements and will be responsible for the identification and strategy for CAFM system integration.
· Provides expertise in the creation of a business strategy to support organizational goals, mission statements and business plans. Leads the organization through a comprehensive and strategic analysis with a goal to drive performance and cost savings. Responsible for creation of an overall business strategy supported by recommendations and business cases for specific initiatives.
· Good to have hands-on and functional design experience on latest version of IBM Tririga, IBM Maximo and Click Software package
· Responsible for overall curriculum development and delivery of clients training requirements. Liaise with Training material development team to develop training presentations and practice sessions.
· Manages the status and completion of project deliverables to meet client objectives including resources, timeline, scope, and quality issues.
· Should have excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong track record of thriving in challenging roles and can excel in highly pressurized environments.
