Our product to manage Hypoglycemia - GLUCORADE Shots is having a wide acceptance as an healthier alternative to Candy at attractive price points of Rs.5/- and Rs.10/-. We are well established with this product in Southern parts of India.
Glucorade is an iconic brand and market leader in Glucose based Energy products including beverage concentrates and Confectionery . We are looking for a talented individual to lead a dynamic team into the next phase of success for the business and launch the product across the country for the Glucorade Shots division.
Glucorade Shots is a Glucose based Candy available in SEVEN amazing flavours. OUR CHATPATA KACCHA MANGO FLAVOR with Indian flavour taste is currently sold at a premium in the market with advance booking and blocking of stocks by stockists.
You will work closely with the marketing team across our entire range of brands including energy drink glucose brands.
As the Andhra Pradesh Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for sales strategy and execution, driving profitable growth and business development for this product range in A.P and Telengana
Experience in General Trade (Confectionery) is an added advantage.
Should be able to quickly appoint Super Stockists / Distributors and Stockists across the state. Should be capable to identify and hire high performing individuals across the country and quickly ramp up the team.
The Individual will be responsible for the profitable growth of the product in new regions will be accountable for the P&L of the same.
Requirements
Prior experience in related field - FMCG / OTC Drugs / Prepackaged Food / Confectionary / Spices / Glucose brands
Strong sales experience in FMCG and ability to launch product in new markets.
Strong distributor connect in key states.
Knowledge of various channel sales to promote product
